How to Succeed

THAT PLACE

Through every stage of my life, I would find it. That place where I would feel safe to pour everything out before the Lord. In middle school, I would go to the very end of my grandparent's dock lay on my back, and look up at the stars. During my high school years, I would grab a pillow and literally crawl into my closet. When I went to Bible College I would go walking in the backfield.

CAVE OF ADULLAM

God wants us to be real before him to lay everything bare. In those places when we feel as though we have nothing left God loves to speak. He loves to breathe new life & destiny into us. I've had the most powerful intimate encounters with Him when I choose to stop hiding. When I come to the realization that nothing else matters except Him. Even if I didn't work or do all the things I do He would still love me and choose me. I don't only choose Him but He chooses me.

So it's time ...

No more running.

Layout flat// Drink some coffee and sit under a tree somewhere.

Wherever it may be God loves to speak to His Children.

He wants to fill us up when we feel as though we have nothing left.

He wants to re-ignite passion & purpose on the inside of us.

He loves spending time with us. (It's not meant to be just a one-time thing)

Then we are called to go out from that place

& share with others, help others draw closer and closer to the King of Kings.
