"Even in the darkest of rooms or the depths of the jungle if you turn on a flashlight it changes everything." - Paraphrase from Pastor Renee's Storytelling.

When we are struggling many times are automatic reaction is to be brave and face everything on our own. We don't want to be a burden to others or we don't want others thinking less of us.
Sometimes we have even opened up to the wrong people before and have been crushed.
The truth is our struggles become more powerful (In the dark) if we don't open up about them.
It's important to be vulnerable and to have healthy people to be accountable too.
"Open yourselves up to the right leaders and you will see tremendous growth."-Pst. ReneeIt's time to turn your flashlight on ( When you open up about your struggles)
they lose their power. You will also need to do the work, continue to be accountable to solid leaders, no more hiding in the dark. And be open and vulnerable with those you lead. More trust and unity comes from being open and honest with your team.
