Putting God First

While looking up object lessons for Sunday School Class I came across a great one.

They named it "Putting God first"

There are days when I catch myself saying I should make time for God today. Before I know it I get busy doing my daily tasks and soon enough the day is over and I haven't spent any time with him. Perhaps it's just me that struggles with this. "I will fit him into my life" is another phrase I've thought.

Truth is that won't work it never works. My life needs to be centered around Him at all times.

Rather than me trying to fit him into some kind of schedule.

Every morning I wake up now I spend it with

God and I do my devotional. But that's not it, I don't just leave Him in my room all day waiting till the next morning when I can spend time with Him again NO. I go to work and He is with me always throughout my day. I ask Him what I should or where I should go. He truly is right in the very middle of my everyday life. I wouldn't have it any other way. ( What life looks like when God is in the middle)

"Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need." -Matthew 6:33
