You is Important

Looking at social media posts can be extremely overwhelming nowadays. Without even realizing it we start to compare our lives to others. If we get into the unhealthy place of "I am not good enough" it will be very difficult to accomplish the dream that God has placed on the inside.

Truly everything stems from how we view ourselves when we look in the mirror. Do we focus on all the things that are lacking. Do we repeat the negative words that have been spoken over us by others. Self-talk "what we tell ourselves" can be detrimental to our growth.

When those negative thoughts start to come it can be like being in a hamster wheel you just keep repeating those thoughts over and over again. The best way to fight this way of living, this way of thinking can be found in the word. Declaring God's Promises out loud over yourself. My mom used to tell me that all the time. It would drive me crazy. I would hear it from her and even from my Sunday School teacher at Church. But the truth of the matter is it can make a world of difference.

ONE WORD from the Lord can tip the scale. That one word can help you cross over from "Victim to Victor" -Pst. Joseph

So start today try declaring one promise over yourself (Things will begin to shift in your life)

Psalms 2:7-8, I will declare and decree: The LORD has said to me, " You are my son/daughter, Today I have begotten you. Ask of Me and I will give you the nations for your inheritance and the ends of the earth for your possession.
